These pads are a clever way to keep your weekly menus and your shopping list close at hand. Meal planning is a great way to make sure you don't overspend at the supermarket, and also to check that you have all the ingredients you need to make the meals. And if you don't, you just include them on the shopping list.
The pads include two strong magnetic strips so it stays put on the fridge, but they can also be hung on a small hook or just use as a bench top pad. the shopping list is perforated down the middle, so you can take your shopping list with you, but leave the weekly meals on the pad. There is also a pencil with an eraser on the top included, so that everything you need is always at hand.
